# Minigoal vs EchoScribe

The clearest difference is update cadence: Minigoal at every 3 days against EchoScribe's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Minigoal sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and EchoScribe sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Minigoal ships an update every 3 days, EchoScribe every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
