# Pour Decision vs Sharp

The clearest difference is monetization model: Pour Decision at freemium against Sharp's subscription. Pour Decision also leads on ads (none vs shown). Sharp's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pour Decision sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Sharp sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Pour Decision against 4.9 for Sharp. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 7 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Pour Decision ships an update weekly, Sharp every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
