# Legends Match vs Letter Burp

The clearest difference is rating: Legends Match at 5.0 against Letter Burp's 4.2. Letter Burp's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 67%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Legends Match sells 12 one-off in-app purchases and Letter Burp sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Legends Match holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Letter Burp has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Legends Match's written reviews are positive against 100% of Letter Burp's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Legends Match ships an update weekly, Letter Burp daily. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
