# pomo vs Focify

The clearest difference is ads: Focify at none against pomo's shown. Focify also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months). pomo's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. pomo sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Focify sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

pomo ships an update every 2 months, Focify every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
