# ELO Unleashed vs Control Ultimate Edition

The clearest difference is price: ELO Unleashed at Free against Control Ultimate Edition's $4.99. ELO Unleashed also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 26.1). Control Ultimate Edition's advantage is ratings volume (290 vs 11) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On rating, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

ELO Unleashed is free to download; Control Ultimate Edition costs $4.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Control Ultimate Edition holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Control Ultimate Edition has 290 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of ELO Unleashed's written reviews are positive against 62% of Control Ultimate Edition's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ELO Unleashed ships an update every 2 weeks, Control Ultimate Edition every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
