# Fit Sips vs Edere

The clearest difference is rating: Fit Sips at 5.0 against Edere's 4.0. Fit Sips also leads on ratings volume (24 vs 4) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Edere's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fit Sips holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fit Sips has 24 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fit Sips ships an update every 2 months, Edere every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
