# DuoSnap vs PeekScope

The clearest difference is update cadence: PeekScope at every 9 days against DuoSnap's every 3 weeks. DuoSnap's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DuoSnap sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PeekScope sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DuoSnap ships an update every 3 weeks, PeekScope every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
