# RCFPV App vs DroneScout pro

The clearest difference is rating: RCFPV App at 4.2 against DroneScout pro's 3.7. RCFPV App also leads on ratings volume (245 vs 12). DroneScout pro's advantage is review sentiment (57% vs 29%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RCFPV App sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and DroneScout pro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RCFPV App holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RCFPV App has 245 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of RCFPV App's written reviews are positive against 57% of DroneScout pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
