# Facelab vs Perfect Drop Challenge

The clearest difference is update cadence: Facelab at weekly against Perfect Drop Challenge's every 4 weeks. Facelab also leads on review sentiment (67% vs 52%). Perfect Drop Challenge's advantage is ratings volume (2.1K vs 208). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Facelab sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Perfect Drop Challenge sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Facelab against 4.8 for Perfect Drop Challenge. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Perfect Drop Challenge has 2.1K ratings behind it against 208, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 67% of Facelab's written reviews are positive against 52% of Perfect Drop Challenge's.

Facelab ships an update weekly, Perfect Drop Challenge every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on November 4, 2026.
