# Task Priority vs Life Ticker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Life Ticker at every 4 days against Task Priority's fortnightly. Task Priority's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Task Priority sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Life Ticker sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Task Priority ships an update fortnightly, Life Ticker every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
