# IPTV Player vs IPTV Plus

The clearest difference is ads: IPTV Plus at none against IPTV Player's shown. IPTV Player's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IPTV Player sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and IPTV Plus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

IPTV Player ships an update fortnightly, IPTV Plus monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
