# Bytech vs Collective Elevation

The clearest difference is rating: Collective Elevation at 5.0 against Bytech's 2.6. Collective Elevation also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months). Bytech's advantage is ratings volume (45 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Collective Elevation holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bytech has 45 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bytech ships an update every 6 months, Collective Elevation every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
