# LIMIT vs Screen Time Control

The clearest difference is ads: Screen Time Control at none against LIMIT's shown. Screen Time Control also leads on review sentiment (81% vs 57%) and ratings volume (157 vs 22). LIMIT's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LIMIT sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Screen Time Control sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Screen Time Control holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Screen Time Control has 157 ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two.
