# Notifyman vs Leaf Note

The clearest difference is rating: Notifyman at 4.9 against Leaf Note's 4.0. Notifyman also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). Leaf Note's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notifyman sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per year and Leaf Note sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notifyman holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notifyman has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Notifyman ships an update every 3 days, Leaf Note every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
