# Teacher AI vs Learn Neapolitan

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Learn Neapolitan at 100% against Teacher AI's 46%. Learn Neapolitan also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.4). Teacher AI's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (268 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Teacher AI sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $16.00 per month and Learn Neapolitan sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Teacher AI holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Teacher AI has 268 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Teacher AI's written reviews are positive against 100% of Learn Neapolitan's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Teacher AI ships an update every 2 weeks, Learn Neapolitan every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
