# Omnilock+ vs Focus Timer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Focus Timer at 80% against Omnilock+'s 33%. Omnilock+'s advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Omnilock+ sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $69.99 per year and Focus Timer sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Omnilock+ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 17 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Omnilock+'s written reviews are positive against 80% of Focus Timer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Omnilock+ ships an update monthly, Focus Timer fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
