# MIG vs CueBeat

The clearest difference is update cadence: CueBeat at fortnightly against MIG's every 10 months. MIG's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MIG sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and CueBeat sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MIG ships an update every 10 months, CueBeat fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
