# Harmoni by thePause vs Menopause Journey

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Harmoni by thePause at 86% against Menopause Journey's 33%. Menopause Journey's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (109 vs 32). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Harmoni by thePause sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Menopause Journey sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Menopause Journey holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 32 and 109 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Harmoni by thePause's written reviews are positive against 33% of Menopause Journey's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
