# Harmoni vs Menopause Journey

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Harmoni at 86% against Menopause Journey's 33%. Menopause Journey's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (110 vs 31). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Harmoni sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Menopause Journey sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Menopause Journey holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 31 and 110 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Harmoni's written reviews are positive against 33% of Menopause Journey's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Harmoni ships an update weekly, Menopause Journey every 10 days. Both last shipped on November 8, 2026.
