# Ultra Crew Hub vs Packstack

The clearest difference is monetization model: Ultra Crew Hub at free against Packstack's ad-supported. Ultra Crew Hub also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.1). Packstack's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Ultra Crew Hub against 5.0 for Packstack. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Packstack has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Ultra Crew Hub ships an update monthly, Packstack fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
