# Seven vs 7 Minute Workout

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Seven at 138K against 7 Minute Workout's 14K. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Seven sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and 7 Minute Workout sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Seven against 4.8 for 7 Minute Workout. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Seven has 138K ratings behind it against 14K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 89% of Seven's written reviews are positive against 88% of 7 Minute Workout's.

Seven ships an update weekly, 7 Minute Workout fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
