# Repose vs Orthodox Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Orthodox Pro at 100% against Repose's 80%. Orthodox Pro also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Repose's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and ratings volume (209 vs 14). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Repose sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Orthodox Pro sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Orthodox Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Repose has 209 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 80% of Repose's written reviews are positive against 100% of Orthodox Pro's.

Repose ships an update weekly, Orthodox Pro monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
