# ChatLLM vs Study852

The clearest difference is monetization model: Study852 at free with in-app purchases against ChatLLM's subscription. ChatLLM's advantage is ratings volume (3.7K vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ChatLLM sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Study852 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for ChatLLM against 5.0 for Study852. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ChatLLM has 3.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
