# Thrive vs Reflex

The clearest difference is update cadence: Reflex at every 2 days against Thrive's every 5 days. Reflex also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Thrive sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Reflex sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Thrive ships an update every 5 days, Reflex every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
