About Badi Calendar The Badi calendar, adopted by the Bahá'i Faith, is a solar calendar composed of nineteen months and four or five intercalary days. The beginning of the year occurs at the equinox in spring. Each month has its name representing a virtue (e.g., Perfection, Mercy), as do the days of the week. This calendar was initiated in 1844 when the Báb began to spread His teachings.

Transform your nighttime browsing with Umbra — the definitive OLED Dark Mode and Circadian eye-protection extension engineered specifically for Safari on iOS. Most "dark mode" tools only invert colors or paint websites in harsh dark grey. Umbra is built differently: it intelligently isolates webpage elements and applies deep, authentic #000000 pure blacks. On Super Retina XDR displays, this completely shuts down individual pixels, delivering infinite contrast, zero eye fatigue, and dramatic battery savings. WHY USERS CHOOSE UMBRA TRUE OLED DEEP BLACK (#000000) Take full advantage of your iPhone’s OLED screen. Pure blacks mean the pixels are literally powered off, reducing nighttime retinal strain while browsing in the dark. CIRCADIAN WARMTH & CANDLELIGHT AMBER Blue light disrupts your natural melatonin production. Umbra features an integrated Circadian slider that gently infuses web text and backgrounds with soothing candlelight amber, preparing your eyes for deep, restful sleep. SEAMLESS NATIVE SAFARI EXTENSION Built strictly on Apple’s modern Safari Web Extension architecture. Zero background battery drain, lightning-fast load times, and no broken CSS layouts or distorted imagery. PRECISION DARKNESS & CONTRAST SLIDERS Customize your browsing environment down to the exact percentage. Toggle between True OLED (100% black) and Charcoal Soft Mode (low-contrast velvet grey) to match any ambient lighting. EXTEND BATTERY ENDURANCE Because OLED displays consume significantly less power when rendering deep blacks, using Umbra during web browsing sessions tangibly preserves your daily battery health. PRIVATE & ON-DEVICE BY DESIGN Your browsing history belongs solely to you. Umbra operates entirely locally on your device. We never inspect, collect, transmit, or monetize your search queries or visited URLs. UMBRA PRO — ELEVATE YOUR NIGHTS Upgrade to Umbra Pro for the ultimate personalized night experience: • Unlimited Website Activation: Dark mode across every single domain on the web. • Custom Scheduling: Automatically transition websites to OLED dark mode at sunset. • Per-Site Contrast Rules: Save bespoke brightness and warmth presets for your favorite news, blogs, and reader sites. • Priority Engine Updates: Continual compatibility refinements as web standards evolve.
