Whuman

If your periods don't turn up like clockwork, Whuman can help. FIND YOUR RHYTHM β’ Your range, not a guess. Whuman shows the span your own cycles have actually run, and draws the next one as a window, not a single confident date. When it really can't tell, it says "hard to place right now". β’ Your history, as it really runs. A cycle-length chart from your own period dates, long gaps and all, so a 50-day cycle shows up as a 50-day cycle rather than an error. β’ Your patterns, measured from your bleed. Symptoms that cluster before your period, headaches around it, and whether pelvic pain follows your cycle, all worked out from the dates you log, however far apart they are. β’ Your own tests, on the hormone prediction chart. LH and PdG results and bloodwork sit beside the estimate, so you can see where they agree. WHY CYCLES GO IRREGULAR, AND WHY IT MATTERS PCOS (now also called PMOS), perimenopause, breastfeeding and the months after a birth, thyroid conditions, endometriosis, contraception, training hard, stress and many medications all change what a normal cycle looks like. Tell Whuman what's going on and log how your days go, and it adjusts what it says instead of treating you as the odd one out. EVERY DAY β’ A daily log in a few taps, including the symptoms most trackers leave out: hot flushes, night sweats, brain fog, joint aches, low mood, acne and hair changes, pain with bowel movements or passing urine β’ A short list of small things that might help today, based on what you logged β’ Estimates of whether LH, estrogen and progesterone are each elevated, one at a time and never ranked, from wearable data and what you log β’ A Guide of suggestions on lab tests, movement, sleep, nutrition and more, each one telling you which of your own data it came from. No supplement upsells, no doses β’ A printable summary for your doctor: your cycle history, when symptoms fall relative to your period, pain, bleeding and your lab results HONEST BY DESIGN An irregular cycle is exactly where a confident wrong answer does the most damage. So Whuman tells you when it doesn't know: if there isn't enough behind a hormone to say anything useful, you see a blank, not a number filled in from a population average. WHAT YOU NEED Nothing, to start. Log by hand and everything works. Apple Health sync adds resting heart rate, HRV, sleep and activity from most wearables that write to it, and can import the period dates you've already logged there. Automatic wrist temperature comes only from Apple Watch Series 8 and later, Ultra, or SE 3; you can type temperature in yourself and it counts exactly the same. YOUR DATA Stays on your device and backs up to your own account. Not sold, not used for ads. Whuman doesn't diagnose anything and isn't birth control.
