# Cactus Watch vs Vigilance

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cactus Watch at every 9 days against Vigilance's every 4 weeks. Cactus Watch also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cactus Watch sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Vigilance sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cactus Watch ships an update every 9 days, Vigilance every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
