# L Community vs Hivvy

The clearest difference is rating: Hivvy at 5.0 against L Community's 2.6. L Community's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. L Community sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Hivvy sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hivvy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: L Community has 10 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

L Community ships an update every 2 weeks, Hivvy every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
