# JIGPU vs ContiNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: ContiNote at every 2 days against JIGPU's every 2 weeks. JIGPU's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

JIGPU ships an update every 2 weeks, ContiNote every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 19, 2026 and September 17, 2026 respectively.
