# Human Performance Academy vs Nurmi

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nurmi at every 8 days against Human Performance Academy's every 6 months. Human Performance Academy's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Human Performance Academy sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $239.99 per month and Nurmi sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $17.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Human Performance Academy ships an update every 6 months, Nurmi every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on September 15, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
