# SightSys vs Homei

The clearest difference is rating: SightSys at 5.0 against Homei's 1.5. SightSys also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). Homei's advantage is review sentiment (20% vs 0%) and ratings volume (15 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SightSys holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Homei has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of SightSys's written reviews are positive against 20% of Homei's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SightSys ships an update monthly, Homei every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
