# Visual Speech vs Movokee

The clearest difference is ads: Visual Speech at none against Movokee's shown. Movokee's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Visual Speech sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Movokee sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Visual Speech ships an update weekly, Movokee every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
