# SafeVault vs QuantumPass

The clearest difference is update cadence: SafeVault at fortnightly against QuantumPass's every 10 months. SafeVault also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SafeVault sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per month and QuantumPass sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SafeVault ships an update fortnightly, QuantumPass every 10 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
