# GstoreQ8 vs getSailor

The clearest difference is rating: getSailor at 5.0 against GstoreQ8's 4.3. GstoreQ8's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

getSailor holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GstoreQ8 has 20 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GstoreQ8 ships an update weekly, getSailor every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
