# Progres vs IRL Life Quest

The clearest difference is update cadence: IRL Life Quest at every 5 days against Progres's every 4 months. IRL Life Quest also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Progres sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and IRL Life Quest sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Progres ships an update every 4 months, IRL Life Quest every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
