# Schedule Task vs DayCommand

The clearest difference is update cadence: DayCommand at every 4 weeks against Schedule Task's every 3 months. Schedule Task's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Schedule Task ships an update every 3 months, DayCommand every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
