# Thursday vs Tapin App

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tapin App at 75% against Thursday's 36%. Thursday's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (413 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tapin App sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Thursday asks for nothing beyond the download.

Thursday holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Thursday has 413 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Thursday's written reviews are positive against 75% of Tapin App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Thursday ships an update fortnightly, Tapin App every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
