# MyBinaryRecords vs Hyud

The clearest difference is ads: MyBinaryRecords at none against Hyud's shown. MyBinaryRecords also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.0). Hyud's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MyBinaryRecords sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Hyud sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MyBinaryRecords ships an update monthly, Hyud fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
