# Walley vs CartoCraft

The clearest difference is update cadence: Walley at every 2 months against CartoCraft's every 6 months. Walley also leads on ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Walley sells 16 one-off in-app purchases and CartoCraft sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Walley against 5.0 for CartoCraft. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Walley has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Walley ships an update every 2 months, CartoCraft every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
