# DotDot Blast vs K

The clearest difference is ads: DotDot Blast at none against K's shown. DotDot Blast also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (93 vs 4). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DotDot Blast sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and K sells 17 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for DotDot Blast against 5.0 for K. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DotDot Blast has 93 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

DotDot Blast ships an update every 2 days, K every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
