# LightHouse Weightlifting vs IBEX Training

The clearest difference is ads: IBEX Training at none against LightHouse Weightlifting's shown. LightHouse Weightlifting's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LightHouse Weightlifting ships an update every 3 weeks, IBEX Training every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 13, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
