# Slide Blocks vs Pounce!

The clearest difference is device support: Slide Blocks at 3 against Pounce!'s 1. Slide Blocks also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slide Blocks sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and Pounce! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly daily. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
