# Freskos vs Sushi Palace

The clearest difference is update cadence: Freskos at every 4 months against Sushi Palace's every 24 months. Sushi Palace's advantage is ratings volume (53 vs 9). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Freskos against 5.0 for Sushi Palace. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sushi Palace has 53 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Freskos ships an update every 4 months, Sushi Palace every 24 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
