# inFin vs TinkleTools

inFin and TinkleTools both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of TinkleTools's written reviews are positive against 73% of inFin's. inFin's advantage is ratings volume (25 vs 2) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 9 days). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. inFin sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and TinkleTools sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for inFin against 4.5 for TinkleTools. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: inFin has 25 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of inFin's written reviews are positive against 100% of TinkleTools's.

inFin ships an update every 4 days, TinkleTools every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
