# Super vs Countdown Events

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Super at none against Countdown Events's 1. Countdown Events's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 8 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Countdown Events sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Super asks for nothing beyond the download.

Super ships an update every 8 months, Countdown Events every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
