# Paperly vs Print Size Pro

The clearest difference is monetization model: Paperly at free against Print Size Pro's freemium. Paperly also leads on ratings volume (16 vs 1). Print Size Pro's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Paperly sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Print Size Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Paperly against 5.0 for Print Size Pro. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Paperly has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Paperly ships an update every 6 weeks, Print Size Pro weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
