# Khurdah vs Zod

The clearest difference is rating: Zod at 5.0 against Khurdah's 4.0. Zod also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). Khurdah's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (67% vs 50%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Zod holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 1 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Khurdah's written reviews are positive against 50% of Zod's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Khurdah ships an update every 6 weeks, Zod fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
