# Stack Coins! vs Shape Screw Jam

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Shape Screw Jam at none against Stack Coins!'s 21. Shape Screw Jam also leads on review sentiment (56% vs 33%) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 157). Stack Coins!'s advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 months) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stack Coins! sells 21 one-off in-app purchases. Shape Screw Jam asks for nothing beyond the download.

Stack Coins! holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shape Screw Jam has 1.2K ratings behind it against 157, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Stack Coins!'s written reviews are positive against 56% of Shape Screw Jam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Stack Coins! ships an update every 5 days, Shape Screw Jam every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
