# TeslaTime vs Sideways

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sideways at none against TeslaTime's 1. TeslaTime's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TeslaTime sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Sideways asks for nothing beyond the download.

TeslaTime ships an update every 2 weeks, Sideways every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
