# PeachVPN vs i9VPN

The clearest difference is rating: i9VPN at 4.8 against PeachVPN's 4.5. i9VPN also leads on ratings volume (194 vs 8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PeachVPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and i9VPN sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

i9VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: i9VPN has 194 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PeachVPN ships an update every 3 weeks, i9VPN every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
